Biography
Erica Wright is originally from Wartrace, TN (pop. 400ish). She now resides in New York City where she teaches at the City University of New York and New York University's Continuing Studies Program. She is also the Poetry Editor at Guernica.
She received her B.A in English from New York University and her M.F.A. in Poetry from Columbia University. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in the 2River View, Arion, Bateau, the Denver Quarterly, Harpur Palate, InDigest, Memorious, the Minetta Review, Pequod, Ping-Pong, Small Spiral Notebook, and on From the Fishouse. Her chapbook, Silt, is forthcoming from Dancing Girl Press.
